The Suss Christmas Sweater

The Suss Christmas Sweater is our take on the icon sweater from the film, 'How The Grinch Stole Christmas.'  Suss (partner of Suss Knits) manufactured almost two hundred sweaters for the film back in 2000, and here we wanted to re-imagine it with a modern twist. This sweater replicates the original striped arm design but with a drop stitch and the same rib neckline.

The tree is an intarsia knit and finished with hand embroidered textured detail to emulate the leaves. A gold chain stitch was hand embroidered as decoration, along with one-of-a kind, hand picked charms. Each sweater will have different charms chosen for it. The classic 'HO HO HO' is knit along the base of the sweater body. Lastly the Suss Christmas Sweater is finished with a hand stitched, leather star.

Content is 100% Brazilian Cotton.

Knit locally in Los Angeles.
